Let's talk about creating the scene for your wedding day. White Chairs, white bali flags and umbrellas, red carpet, easel and guest welcome, beach shells to line the aisle and music to set the scene. We can offer an array of visually stunning ceremony arrangements, to reflect your ideas, style, dreams and budget.

My services include

  • Total focus on your ceremony. No other ceremony will be booked on your day.
  • Unlimited contact via email or phone.
  • The initial meeting and discussions on your style of ceremony. At this time I discuss the procedure and flow of the ceremony. (You decide whether you would like readings, rituals and the positioning of music in the ceremony). Providing an array of resources to assist with inspiration, ideas and ceremonies.
  • I use a high quality wireless PA system
  • A beautifully prepared Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Celebrant arrival at least 45-30 minutes before your wedding to prepare and set up.
  • As a representative of the law, I will always dress formally but if you have a theme or wish it to be more casual, I will work within your requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that under unforeseen circumstances they would be available to conduct your ceremony on the day.
  • Correct lodging of documents with the registrar of Births, Deaths & Marriages.

Other tips to keep in mind

  • It is advisable to book your date as soon as you have decided on the venue and have your documents in order. Early bookings will ensure the date of your choice!
  • Be advised that all intended marriages in Australia must sign a Notice of Intended Marriage form, no less than 31 days and no greater than 18 months of the ceremony date. Usually this is signed at the first appointment.
  • At the first appointment, you will need to bring Original Birth Certificates & photographic identification, coupled with photocopies (If born outside Australia and Birth Certificates are definitely unavailable, bring your passports).
  • At the first appointment, you will need to bring Original Decree Nisi/Original Divorce Certificate/Original Death Certificate (If you have been previously married, divorce or death certificates are required) plus photocopies.
  • If getting married, keep in mind the Full Name of your Two Witnesses (these must be people over 18 years who will be attending the ceremony and prepared to sign the wedding documentation).
